Today was a long day. I got up super early to work on my craft project for the Pacific Northwest Blogger Craft & Photo event. I didn’t get my craft quite to the point that I wanted to… but, I got everyone a craft set of printables and the makings for food toppers and banners.

We ran WAY over time at the event and I only got ten minutes to explain my craft and hope that people would make them at home. I’m glad now that I went with such a simple craft. Though, I wish I had thought to put directions in the kit! I think the craft sets turned out really cute… unfortunately, I didn’t get ONE photo of them! So, if any one went to today’s event and took a photo of my craft, please send it my way!

Guests at the event also go to paint canvas bags, make macrame plant holders, and get their portrait taken. Fun fun! I’ll be back a different day to share more photos, crafts, and the such. Today, today I just want to share a glimpse of the fun and hit the hay! G’night!

I’m excited to say that I’ve got a guest post over at C.R.A.F.T. blog today (Creating Really Awesome Free Things– great name, right!?) of the social media printables I made after being inspired by the printables that Jamie made for her site. Hop on over there to get your free printable download for “TweetTarts” and “Insta Grahams.” I think they’d be cute at any event that you want people to tweet/instagram about. Having a birthday party and want to have a hashtag for the event? Print these off, attach to treats, and label the package with your hashtag.

If you are visiting from C.R.A.F.T.

First off, HELLO! I’m so glad that you stopped by my little blog. I like to talk about all the little things that make life the crazy party that it is and the ways we can celebrate it. I hope you find something you like to read and stick around for a while!

Before getting back to regular programming over here on the blog I thought I’d share some of my favorite/ most popular posts and ways to connect with me. While this may seem like a shameless blog plug (yes, it is) it may be a good reminder for anyone stopping by the blog that were previously following me on Google Friend Connect… I moved to WordPress and lost you all. I miss you!

Okay y’all… I’m SO excited to share this announcement. Chelsey, the lovely lady that blogs over at The Paper Mama, has been working on Pacific Northwest Blogger events for some time now. The events are EPIC. (I’ve written about it before.) I had a blast working with her on the last PNW Blogger event and was thrilled when she asked if I wanted to help her with her newest brain child. Chelsey and I are coming together again to work on a small PNW Blogger Photo & Craft Event on July 13, 2013!
