Manicure Party Favors for a Spa Party - A Well Crafted Party

Finding nice ways to say thank you to friends without breaking the bank has become a sort of hobby for me. There is just nothing like a thoughtful thank you gift, Valentine, or party favor for making someone smile. When planning the Valentine’s Day Spa party I wanted to incorporate a favor that could be used at the party and then taken home. Sharing nail supplies is generally unsanitary so this little manicure kit was a perfect favor solution that allows party guests to use fresh manicure supplies to do their nails. Putting together these little kits was simple and you can do the same with supplies you find at your local one-stop retailer such as Target or Fred Meyers.

DIY Manicure Kits

I picked up most of these items at local stores. You can really mix it up and add in an assortment of fun items to make a fun favor. When creating your DIY manicure kit you’ll want to make sure that you have a bag of some sort that will hold everything you are putting in it. You can use small bags found at a craft story like I did or even a mini-gift bag works great. Print off your favorite set of printable tags below to finish off the gift. The below links are affiliate links.

Supplies:

  • Bags (I purchased my bags ages ago and forget where… however, these linen drawstring bags from Amazon are similar.)
  • Manicure Kit (I picked mine up in a sale section at my local Target. However, you can pick up similar items online like this little manicure set from Revlon.)
  • Nail polish (I picked up several shades of pink so that guests could mix it up or trade.)
  • Favorite print of the free printables below!

Optional:

  • Nail polish remover wipes
  • Soap ( I bought heart shaped soap from my local New Seasons. You can also find heart shaped soaps online. )
  • Nail Wraps
  • Hand Lotion

What has been your favorite Valentine’s Day gift from a friend? Or, do you have a favorite Valentine’s Day gift to GIVE? Comment below!

Valentine’s Day for me is all about love (of course) but, it is often about having the opportunity to tell my friends that I love them in addition to my husband. I was always a fan of giving out Valentine’s at school. This year I really wanted to focus on self-care and sharing with my friends an opportunity to take some moments out of the day to enjoy some very much needed “me time” with a few friends.

See these party tips on my spot on KATU’s Afternoon Live:

The Valentine’s Spa Day Lunch features a menu of light foods and sweet treats complimented with sparkling wine and cucumber lemon water. It is a perfectly laid back party that includes chatting with friends over a glass of sparkling wine while manicures are drying. If you really want to make this something special, hire a massage therapist or manicurist to come and treat your guests!

Directions: Add your information into the text boxes. You can do this using Adobe Acrobat or even do it in the Chrome browser! Print back and front on card stock in full-color. If you are doing on a home printer you may need to adjust your printer settings to line up the front and back artwork. The card is made with a .25 inch bleed which means you have a quarter of an inch to cut into the design. This helps bring the design all the way to the end of the page. Once cut it will fit in an A7 card.

Free Printable Blog Planner 2017 Edition - A Well Crafted Party

Build Your Ideal Blogging Planner

First, this is a “build your own” style of planner. The reason I chose this style of planner is because one does not fit all in the blogging world. Some bloggers blog multiple times a month, others blog once a week. Some bloggers are hobby bloggers and don’t need pages of financial planning while others use their blogs as a business and welcome a little financial organization. The pages included in this planner all coordinate with one another. Pick and choose which pages will make the perfect planner for you. If you are just looking for one quick download then I also have a planner built into a PDF that is a fairly complete and general planner. You just need to download and print!

Blog Maintenance Worksheets Free Printables - A Well Crafted Party

What’s new?

Each year I go through and modify pages from the previous years and adding new pages as I see fit. I fixed some mistakes on the 2016 edition and made a couple of the sheets more user-friendly. In addition, I added in some new worksheets, including:

  • – Brand Contacts Sheet— Use this to keep all of your contact information at your finger tips.
  • – To Do Lists – Print off several to use throughout the year.
  • – Year at a Glance Planner— See the dates for the entire year.
  • – Two Posts Weekly — Many bloggers are now posting only twice weekly and this planner is for them.
  • – Two Posts Daily— Occasionally I get a request from someone who is really creating a ton of content. This sheet is for them! Plan out two daily posts with this worksheet.
  • – Monthly Covers – I’ve changed up the quotes on the monthly covers.

Obviously, this isn’t a lot of new items. Part of that is because I’ve developed this so much over the years that I didn’t find a lot of new areas of need. The other part is because I have been developing a FREE E-Mail Course on Finding  Your Blog Passion. Finding Your Blog Passion e-mail course will launch in the next couple of weeks!
